About RoastCraft

Vancouver bench. Canadian roasteries.

Precision roasting equipment from Gastown showroom to Railtown workshop — built for origin-forward craft production.

Our story

Equipment for roasters who read the curve

RoastCraft Inc. was founded in Vancouver to fill a gap in the Canadian specialty coffee supply chain: a domestic-facing equipment partner who speaks the language of charge temperature, development ratio, and cupping-table feedback — not generic food-service catalogues. Our team combines roasting floor experience with mechanical specification work, curating drum roasters, sample roasters, green-handling systems, and bench tools that match how independent roasteries actually operate.

We maintain a Gastown showroom where roasters can watch first-crack timing on live demo units, and a Railtown workshop where commissioning, spare-parts prep, and custom bench fabrication happen under one roof. From Victoria micro-roasteries to Toronto production facilities, our clients share a commitment to single-origin transparency and repeatable roast profiles.

RoastCraft is incorporated in British Columbia (BN 839012345BC0001) and serves clients across all provinces. We are equipment suppliers and service technicians — not a café chain, not a green coffee importer, and not a beverage delivery platform.

What we optimise for

Every catalogue decision filters through three questions: Does this equipment improve roast curve repeatability? Can a production operator learn it within a standard commissioning window? Does it integrate with the cupping workflow rather than bypass it? We decline listings that treat roasting as a black-box commodity process — our clients cup their work, track development percentages, and adjust drum speed with intention.

We partner with ventilation engineers, municipal inspectors, and roaster operators to ensure installs meet local codes without compromising airflow adjustability. That collaborative posture — equipment plus context — defines RoastCraft across British Columbia and beyond.

Our 2026 catalogue — Bench 01 — reflects feedback from roasteries running micro-lot rotation schedules, importers cupping daily at origin, and production teams balancing subscription volume with single-origin transparency. Every line we list has spent time on our own bench: charge temperature logged, drum speed mapped, development ratio compared against cupping notes. That is the standard we hold ourselves to before a product earns a place in the catalogue.
